Based on the affected skin and area of application, we can estimate the usage of Jolicare Cream according to the simple guide below:
With the application area size of an adult's palm ✋:
- 10g cream can last for ~15 days
- 30g cream can last for ~45 days
Generally, apply 3 times per day.
Apply Jolicare™ Cream gently on affected skin areas, and massage for about a minute until the cream is well absorbed. It's that easy!
We recommend to apply Jolicare™ Cream each time just after showering, and whenever feel itchy or necessary.
*Tips: Remember to bring it with you, whenever you are travelling!
The shelf life of both Jolicare™ Cream & Jolicare™ Soap is 24-months under standard room/ cold temperature.

Here's a guide to help you choose the version that BEST suits your current skin condition!
🎈Jolicare™ Cream (Original)
- Suitable for normal itchy & dry skin
- Not recommended for children less than 2 years old.
🎈Jolicare™ Cream (Collagen)
- Suitable for wounded (scratches wound), bleeding skin and burnt skin
- Contain additional Peptide from herbs extraction, which effectively repairs wounds.
- Not recommended for children less than 2 years old.
🎈Jolicare™ Cream (Baby)
- Gentle version for children between 3 months - 6 years old
- Suitable for face allergy
- Ingredients are milder compared to the Original and Collagen Version
- Contain additional Cod-Liver Oil & Vitamin E for soothing skin
*Note: For babies under 3 months old and pregnant ladies, we recommend consulting with doctors first before using Jolicare™ Cream.
1. Apply 3 times per day (or when itchy) on cleaned skin.
2. When skin conditions have improved, you can start to reduce to 1-2 times/day.
3. Continue to apply for 2 more weeks for better internal skin recovery even though your itchiness has been completely removed.

Sure! Our cream can be applied for skin allergies, eczema, and itchiness areas on faces.
Since the face is a more sensitive part of our body, we recommend using Jolicare™ Cream (Baby) instead for both adults and babies.
📌 How to apply on the face?
1. Suitability Test: For first-time usages, apply cream behind ears to test suitability.
2. Leave it for 10min after application.
3. Apply on the face only if there's no irritation caused during the Suitability Test.

Refunds & Returns
All your orders through our official online store (Jolicare.com) are entitled to Jolicare+ Protection Plan, a full 14-day money-back guarantee.
If items ordered were found less than satisfactory under any circumstances, you can request a full refund within 14 days after receiving your items.
To be eligible for a return, you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
